Filter cartridge filter

Mainly used in iron and steel, automobile, shipbuilding, chemical, foundry, pharmaceutical, tobacco, chemical, ceramics, wood processing, food and other industrial areas of flue gas and dust control.

During normal operation, dust - containing air is collected from the entrance to the filter working area (attached map) to collect the dust on the surface of the filter. Clean air is produced from the center of the filter tube into the gas box and overflow through the outlet pipe. When the filter cartridge is cleaned, the electronic control panel automatically selects the filter cartridge to be cleaned (using time gap or differential pressure gauge) and triggers the solenoid valve to open the air diaphragm valve, and the compressed air 0.5-0.7MPa pulse is directly injected into the cleaned filter cartridge to blow the center. The dust collected on the outer surface of the filter is put into the silo under the action of air and gravity.
